Property Recovery –

Property Recover, often referred to as Repossession, is the action taken in which the party having right of ownership of the property in question takes the property back from the party who have defaulted on contractual payment plans.

Many assets are purchased on a mortgage or secured / unsecured loan basis ranging from; sea faring vessels, aircraft, high value personal possession(s) such as fine art, antiques, wines, yachts or cars.

If a client in arrears has ‘Gone to Ground’ or, has hidden the asset in default of contractual agreements, SIS ltd will provide a deep digital footprint investigation adjacent to physical surveillance to ascertain, locate, recover or secure the asset on behalf of the client throughout Europe, Africa, USA and the Far East.
